Carers

If you provide unpaid help for a relative or friend who is sick, disabled or frail then you are a Carer and we would like to support you.

If you would like some help or support, please complete the Carers Details & Referral Form below and we can refer you for a Carers Assessment.

This gives you a chance to talk about your needs as a carer and the possible ways help could be given. It can also look at the needs of the person you care for. This can be done together or separately depending on your situation. There is no charge for this service.

We can also pass your details onto the Carers Service, which is a countywide organisation providing relevant information and advice for Carers.
