We welcome feedback about your experience with the practice, as it helps us to improve our services. If you have concerns, please let us know so we can look into them and learn from your experience.

Our team also greatly appreciates hearing when we have done well. Positive feedback is always welcomed and is shared with staff, as it helps recognise good care and supports our team.

Please only use this form for comments about the practice and suggestions as to how we can improve our service to you.

Medical matters and formal complaints cannot be dealt with via this form. Please note that while we are happy to receive feedback, submissions made through this form will not routinely receive a response or be contacted for further discussion. If you require a reply or wish to raise a formal complaint, please contact the practice directly (for further details, please see our complaints section).

We aim to provide our patients with the highest standard of care and make every effort to give the best service possible. If you wish to make a complaint or raise a concern, please contact Mandy Hack, our Practice Manager by telephone, in writing, or by email. Complaints may also be made verbally.

GP patient survey

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across the UK. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
