Parklands Surgery has a Patient Forum, which aims to ensure that patients are involved in discussions about the range and quality of services provided by the practice, and to help shape future developments as part of our wider network and patient engagement work.
Membership is open to all registered patients. If you are interested in joining the forum, or have any questions, comments, or suggestions you would like to raise through the Patient Forum, please contact Mandy Hack, our Practice Manager. You can also write to the practice, marking your correspondence “For the Attention of the Patient Forum”, or speak to a member of our reception team, who can arrange for further information to be sent to you. Please include your email address where possible.
The Forum meets quarterly on a Monday or Wednesday evening at 7:00pm at the Practice and are attended by a GP Partner and Practice Manager.
