New Patient Registration

If you live in our Practice Area and would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms available online or from Reception.

We may ask you to provide evidence of residency in the UK for the previous six months.

All newly registered patients will be asked to make an appointment with the Practice Nurse for a new patient check to identify health problems and give advice on general health.

Practice Area

To include: Rushden, Higham Ferrers, Wymington, Podington, Newton Browmswold, Yielden & Knuston.

Areas not covered by the Practice: Irchester, Hinwick, Farndish, Chelveston & Caldecott.
